Local Service Transition & Local Testing Consultant (CG03_Local Service Transition Associate). The Local Service Transition Consultant & Local Testing Lead is responsible for ensuring that country-level implementations transition smoothly from project delivery into operational readiness. Working closely with the Global Service Transition Consultant and local stakeholders, the role oversees all local transition activities to ensure they are delivered within the agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget. As the primary Service Transition representative at country level, the consultant ensures that local processes, systems, documentation, and support structures are fully prepared for go-live. The role translates global requirements into the local context, ensures compliance with local standards regulations and operational needs, and communicates local considerations back to the global team. Key responsibilities include coordinating local readiness assessments, supporting testing and validation activities, preparing clients and internal teams for cutover, and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations. The Local Service Transition Consultant also helps identify risks, supports mitigation actions, and provides hands-on assistance during go-live and hypercare. Overall, this role ensures that each local implementation enters BAU successfully, with minimal risk and full operational alignment. Main Responsibilities  Lead local workshops: ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscape.  Help clients understand the implementation methodology: what we are implementing, when and how (PIX implementation phases and deliverables).  Onboard BAU operational team in the project.  Prepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source List.  Provide required access to clients and Operations team members.  Implement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call center, SLA reporting tool, etc.).  Coordinate and lead client training to ensure readiness for go live.  Coordinate BAU Operations training to ensure readiness for go live.  Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in-scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.  Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activities  Identify and communicate risks.  Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time and budget.  Prepare hypercare period.  Main goal: successful transition from Project to BAU services for client and Operations teams. Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Competencies  Back knowledge of 1-2 years in PY-HR work is a strong asset.  Experience in implementation teams is a plus.  Expertise/knowledge in client management is needed.  Experience/knowledge in Strada systems and tools and diƯerent payroll systems in the market is an advantage.  Experience in coordination between diƯerent stakeholders within an organization.  Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing / liaison experience.  Good English skills written and verbal (additional language is highly beneficial).  Highly organized with the ability to oversee large and multiple projects.  Good PC Literacy – Microsoft and Smartsheet usage is a plus.  The role will involve local country and international travel and time away from home.  Experience in working closely with operational teams.  Ability to manage process/service workshops with multiple customer contacts.  Service testing experience – System Integration Test, Scenario Based Test, Service Rehearsal and Parallel Runs.  Handling of knowledge transfer and service transitions.
