Appointment Setter – Legal Services (SDR / BDR) – Remote Outbound Outreach | CRM | Sales Development | U.S. Hours Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring for our client, a growing U.S.-based company, seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to engage attorneys and law firms, qualify interest, and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team. This is a high-impact sales development role focused on: Starting conversations with legal professionals Building relationships with decision-makers Handling objections confidently Following up consistently over time Turning outreach into booked meetings If you are persistent, organized, confident on calls, and comfortable speaking with professionals and decision-makers, this role offers direct impact on pipeline growth and revenue generation. What You’ll Own Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations Ask targeted questions to: Understand business needs Qualify interest Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects Maintain consistent outreach activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn Appointment Setting Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team Ensure prospects are: Properly informed Prepared for meetings Coordinate calendars and scheduling availability Maintain clear communication regarding next steps and follow-ups Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing Execute structured follow-up sequences Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles Handle objections professionally and confidently Continue outreach until: A meeting is booked, or A clear decision is reached Maintain strong persistence without losing professionalism CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records within CRM systems such as: HubSpot Salesforce Track: Outreach activity Lead status Appointments booked Follow-up progress Ensure all communication and activity is fully documented Maintain clean and organized pipeline data What Success Looks Like Consistent flow of qualified booked meetings Strong follow-up discipline with no missed opportunities High appointment show-up rates Organized and reliable CRM records Positive feedback from the sales team regarding lead quality What Makes You a Strong Fit You are a confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn You are persistent and resilient in outbound outreach You are comfortable speaking with attorneys and professionals You stay organized while managing multiple conversations and follow-ups You are self-motivated and capable of working independently You handle objections calmly and professionally Requirements (Must-Have) Experience Experience in: Appointment Setting SDR / BDR roles Sales Development Outbound lead generation Strong outbound outreach and follow-up experience Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Confidence handling objections and pushback Experience using: HubSpot Salesforce Calendly Google Calendar Strong organization and multitasking abilities Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup Nice to Have Experience working with: Law firms Attorneys Professional services companies Agency or marketing-services outreach experience Experience with high-value or consultative sales Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers effectively Tools You’ll Use HubSpot / Salesforce Calendly / Google Calendar Email and calling platforms Outreach and prospecting tools What a Typical Day Looks Like Conduct outbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals Engage and qualify prospects Handle objections and answer questions Follow up consistently with active leads Schedule discovery calls for the sales team Update CRM systems and track pipeline activity In short: you turn conversations into qualified meetings that drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
