FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Exempt Design, build, and maintain Workday reports , dashboards , and calculated fields to support business needs. Develop and optimize automations within Workday to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Rebuild and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning sheets , Create advanced analytics and data visualizations Workday Prism Experience with Power BI and Workday Orchestrations preferred Position Summary The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position. Requirements Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an analytical role Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling Experience with SQL, or similar language preferred Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics or working with HR/organizational people data systems preferred 1 (one) year of experience in Workday Adaptive Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $127,171.20 - $175,614.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
