CRO Specialist for a DTC E-commerce Company

Role Overview We are seeking a CRO Specialist who moves fast and thinks commercially, Obsesses over details and conversion metrics, wants to learn how design, copy, and offers combine to generate real revenue, and is not comfortable coasting on a fixed salary.
