Team Function: Responsible for designing and developing learning materials for various audiences across the Customer and Agent Solutions business segment. Role Description: Develops scalable, engaging solutions tailored to the provided project scopes. Acts as an in-house content designer, contributing to employee performance, productivity, and growth through cost-effective learning experiences.
