Senior Product Designer - Remote

Nola is hiring a Founding Designer to own product design, brand, design systems, and growth design for an AI-first stablecoin neobank. This is a high-ownership zero-to-one role building a global consumer product from the ground up. Company Details Nola is an AI-first stablecoin neobank being built by Mira Network, a decentralized AI verification protocol backed by $9M in funding. Nola combines AI-powered financial management with modern banking infrastructure, enabling users to manage money, payments, savings, and financial workflows through a conversational AI experience. Website: Nola Requirements 3–5 years of product design experience Experience as the first designer, founding designer, or sole designer in an early-stage startup Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) products Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand design, and marketing design Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems Experience building products from zero to one Strong understanding of mobile-first product design Ability to own end-to-end user experiences from concept to launch Strong visual design, interaction design, and UX fundamentals AI-native workflow with tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Claude, Figma AI, or similar Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design of Nola's AI-native consumer product Design onboarding, payments, card management, savings, transaction, settings, and conversational AI experiences Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries Define AI-native interaction patterns and agent-driven user experiences Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality user experiences Extend and evolve Nola's visual identity across product surfaces Create and maintain marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, and growth design materials Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and launch new product experiences Maintain a high bar for craft, usability, visual quality, and execution Job Details Remote Contract Role Engagement through a Singapore-headquartered company Scope of work, responsibilities, team, compensation, and day-to-day expectations are equivalent to a full-time role Fully remote and distributed team setup with asynchronous collaboration Interview Process Hiring Manager Round Design Round Design Round Design Challenge / Working Session Founder Round Important Note ClanX is a recruitment partner, helping Nola hire a Founding Designer.
