Role Overview Join Syngenta's Analytics & Data Sciences Team as a Business Analyst to translate complex scientific and business needs into digital solutions that reach farmers worldwide. This role involves leading analysis efforts, working across business, product, and technical teams to drive clarity, alignment, and progress in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment. What You Will Do As a Business Analyst, you will own end-to-end requirements capture, refinement, and backlog management, translate business needs into clear user stories, and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to product and technical constraints.
