Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing: onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.</li> <li>Partnering with engineering leads to prioritizing technical investments and establishing realistic delivery timelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.</li> <li>Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.</li> <li>Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales &amp; Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.</li> <li>Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.</li> <li>Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.</li> <li>Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment.</li> <li>Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus Points</h3> <ul> <li>Direct experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies.</li> <li>Background in product marketing.</li> <li>Experience with cloud service providers marketplaces.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People</strong></h2> <p>As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
