This is a remote position. The Opportunity Are you a conversation starter with high energy and a "hunter" mentality? Design Develop Now (DDN) is looking for a 100% commissioned Digital Services Sales Specialist to focus on Appointment Setting. In this role, you aren’t responsible for closing the final contract or managing long-term projects. Your mission is simple: Identify prospects, start the conversation, and set an appointment. This is a commission-only role designed for high-activity individuals who want to be rewarded directly for every qualified meeting they set. Duties & Responsibilities The "First Touch": Engage in proactive cold calling and email outreach to introduce businesses to our web design and digital marketing services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new B2B leads, ensuring they are a good fit for our design and development solutions. Set the Stage: Successfully schedule high-quality appointments/demos for our senior design consultants. CRM Management: Log all outreach activity and lead status in Zoho (or similar CRM) to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks. Collaboration: Work closely with the closing team to provide them with the "intel" they need to win the deal. Why Join Us?
